When will the request reach me?
Depending on the shipping company chosen and the delivery manager, we provide a group of shipping managers based in major cities, it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.
Do you offer delivery outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and to a few cities specified on the delivery page.
You can request delivery outside the country from the store team via WhatsApp by providing them with information on the product weight and rates for international freight forwarders who are not currently registered with the store.
What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?
You must read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the event of a product defect, if a return has been agreed upon, the company's shipping cost will be calculated, and the freight will be refunded to the customer. The product's value, however, will not be calculated for the customer, according to the return policy.
I would like to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders and there is a discount of between 10-20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about quantities.
